Тема: Khechary Mudra Отправлено: 09/01/2010 09:25 Hey friends, I am starting this thread for people who have achieve the first level in Kriya Yoga.In this post I would like to invite all those people who have devoted time and practiced and by Guruji's blessing achieved the Khechary Mudra. Here I would like those people to tell there experiences about how muchtime did they take for this and how Guruji was always there when you needed His help in achieving this stage,the more detail you give the more help it would befor our friends who are trying to attain this level. Тема: Om Guruay Namah Отправлено: 09/01/2010 10:04 I went to Guruji on 06/01/2010 for the first time to meet him,though I didn't get his permission so I left the ashram and took a room in a guest house to visit again tomorrow.Before I slept I said to myself let me try Khechary Mudra,[censored] 6 minutes I was surprised to know that I could take my tongue atleast 80% of the position what I saw in the picture of Guruji's Khechary Mudra MRI scan. I was very exited although I was not able to meet Guruji but after this I became very confident I donno some thing inside me was telling me that i will be able to do his Darshan and yes the very [censored] called me inside, (I would post this experience later of what [censored] meeting ). Today(09/01/2010) I nearly attained Khechary Mudra for few seconds yes it was painful but this pain is worth believe me,I am very hopeful with Guruji's blessings I would move ahead in my spiritual journey.
