Отправлено: 15/01/2010 21:39 Today I realized why Guruji gave me Geeta,I always use to relate Geeta with Mahabharata but after going through Few chapters I realized Geeta is not limited to mahabharata or Lord Krishna or Arjuna.It has its root deep into the human existence.I would like to give reference of Ashtavakra Geeta,this came into exis[censored] or mahabharata,infact it was the time of Ramayana.To be precise rishi Ashtavakra gave the preachings of Geeta to King Janak the father of Lord Rama(the reference of which comes in Geeta when Lord Krishna asks Arjuna to be a deciple like King Janak,Understand the meaning of Geeta as Janak understood from Ashtavakra his Guru).So Geeta is not limited or related to Lord Krishna ,Arjuna,Ashtavakra,Janak,me ,you or even the time or the space,this is a pure knowledge of devine existence of the all mighty, no matter how many centuries pass by,this knowledge is going to be the same for ever cause this is the core of all the knowledges,of the human existence.Till the human race exist in this world, Geeta would guide all of them who long to know the reason of there existence,the purpose of there birth,the salvation.It will teach all the individuals how to unite with the universal oneness,by defining to each and every one,the principles of the true existence of [censored] meaning of the Atma and the paramatma. {This is what I have understood,this is no preaching,I have tried to share my firsthand feelings which came to my mind after going through some verses} |
